Cancellations
Appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in loss of your booking fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.
Online Orders
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Opened items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
